KAARE KLINT Legacy
As a tribute to architect and professor Kaare Klint and his iconic lamp design, Model 101, we are introducing a completely new lamp series.

As the brother of founder Tage Klint, Kaare has played a pivotal role in shaping our company’s design universe since its begining in 1943.
Kaare Klint created a number of iconic lamp designs, including Model 101, which remains one of our most popular models to this day.
The goal of the KAARE KLINT Legacy collection is to continue and expand this heritage, building on Kaare Klint’s visionary approach to the world of pleated lamps.
KAARE KLINT Legacy
Kaare Klint was renowned for his dedication to high-quality materials and great craftsmanship, - qualities that define the foundation of KAARE KLINT Legacy.
KAARE KLINT Legacy is a tribute to Kaare Klint, created by our own design team (Klint Design Team). Starting from the smallest version of Kaare’s original Model 101 from 1944, we have respectfully developed a beautiful chandelier, an elegant wall lamp, and a mini pendant.
A Major Influence on Danish Design
Kaare Klint is widely regarded as one of the most influential architects in Denmark. Through his own furniture designs and his teaching, he shaped an entire generation of Danish furniture designers. From his appointment in 1923 at the School of Furniture Design, later as head of the school, and eventually as a professor, he educated and mentored the next generation of furniture architects.
Many of his students went on to become leading furniture designers who gained international recognition throughout the 1950s and beyond. Klint’s impact on Danish furniture design is immense, and he is often regarded as The Founding Father of Danish Modern.
