This classic masterpiece in light oak was designed by Vilhelm Wohlert as early as 1957. The transverse piece can be adjusted in height. The angle and the lamp head can be tilted which makes this the ideal reading lamp.
Wilhelm Wohlert trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was taught by Kaare Klint. He was employed by the Academy as Professor of Structural Art from 1968-1986 and was nominated honorary member in 2001. Vilhelm Wohlert designed floor lamp model 325 for Le Klint in connection with the refurbishment of Niels Bohr's home in Copenhagen.
